Steven is an account executive and the Managing Director of Research at Georgeson, Inc.  With nearly a decade of experience in the proxy world, Steven has a broad array of experience in advising issuers on annual and special meetings, mergers, tender offers, proxy contests and other corporate governance matters.  In addition,  he is a contributing author to the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals "Manual for Solicitation of Proxies" and has authored Georgeson's "Annual Corporate Governance Review" since 2005.
