Perspectives from the CEO:  A view from the top

Rivel Research Group interviewed 162 CEOs about their priorities, challenges and communications with their most important constituencies. This study seeks to uncover how a CEO aligns the board and investor relations on the company's strategy and future direction.

Hear from CEOs how:

  • strong relationships can be forged between the board, C-Suite, and investor relations;
  • what the top priorities of investor relations should be and why;
  • how they've been impacted by Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulations; and
  • what challenges them most as the company's chief communicator.

Learn how CEOs balance the demands of the board, shareholders, employees and customers.
