Ms. Monfor oversees senior-level search assignments on behalf of companies, including: Activision, AT&T Wireless, Capital One, Eaton, Edelman Public Relations, Hewlett-P ackard, Leggett & Platt, Nike, PerkinElmer, and Scient, among others.

Ms. Monfor's background includes more than 15 years of experience in investor relations, communications management and human resources at Plum Creek Timber Company and Burlington Resources. She is also a member of NIRI, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Portland Chapter. Ms. Monfor received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Central Washington University, and she has completed continuing education programs at the University of Michigan School of Business and Stanford School of Business.
