Steve Graham, based in Seattle and San Francisco, is a frequent speaker on securities and corporate law matters including public company disclosure obligations. He is responsible for Orrick's 120-attorney Corporate Department with lawyers located on the West Coast, New York, Europe and Tokyo. Steve's practice is focused in the areas of securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and general corporate matters. Public company clients in the Seattle area include: Corixa, ICOS, Onyx, SonoSite, Targeted Genetics and WatchGuard Technologies. Among other honors, Steve received Washington Law & Politics "Super Lawyer" Award in 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003.

With over 20 years of Wall Street experience on both the buy and sell side, Bob Toomey is one of the most respected and widely quoted analysts in the Pacific Northwest. Bob currently follows 18 companies either based in the Pacific Northwest or having a major operational presence in the Northwest.
