The Annual Awards Dinner & Gala Event
Sponsors have the option of several levels of support.
- In kind sponsors will be recognized for their level of contribution as described in the
following categories with one exception; in kind sponsors will not be eligible for free
admission to the event, but will be offered the "NIRI Member" charge for the event.
NIRI can accommodate a limited number of sponsors at the bronze level and above and was
"sold out" for the past two years. Priority will be given to current sponsors (in other categories)
and to sponsors of the event last year who commit by March 2006 to participate. For the second year,
an entry level sponsor called, “Gala Friend” is available.
The three sponsor levels that receive table-top exhibitor space are: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
The fees for each level are: Bronze--$500.00, Silver--$800, Gold--$1200 (with a limit of 3). Gala
Friends are $150.00.
At the Bronze level ($500, limit 3) and above all sponsors receive the following benefits in addition
to the tabletop space:
- Logo on initial event emailing announcing the Gala
- Distribution of business cards to each attendee
- Contribute item for a door prize drawing (vendor item)
- Posting of logo on the NIRI website for event (Gala Event Page)
- Inclusion of logo on slide and recognition from the Podium of all sponsors (with different levels of participation in the program based upon sponsor level)
- Free admission for one attendee at the Bronze level; ($75 value) Additional attendees pay the NIRI member rate ($15 savings each)
- List of event attendees for one-time post-event follow up
- Recognition at dinner through table tents (Bronze level only)
Silver sponsors ($800, limit 5) in addition to the benefits at the Bronze level receive:
- May offer a promotional give-away item for each attendee
- PROPOSED Logo and company description in the event program (1/4 page)
- Two free admissions at the Silver level ($150 value); additional attendees pay the NIRI member rate ($15 savings each)
- Recognition at dinner through logo in program/agenda (size and/or placement according to sponsor level; Silver and Gold levels only)
Gold sponsors ($1200 level; limit 3) receive all the benefits as described and in addition:
- Logo on all event e-mailings regarding the Gala
- Introduce host, keynote, judges or other major element in the program
- Present a two-minute overview (slide, video, power point, etc) of the sponsor organization depending upon the number of sponsors, these presentations will be inserted as appropriate in the program.
- Three free admissions ($225 value); additional attendees pay NIRI member rate ($15 savings each)
- Logo endorsement on program survey
- Mention in pre- and post-event press releases
Gala Friends ($150 level) receive recognition on a poster during the reception and
pay the NIRI member fee for dinner. There will be one literature table (all Gala Friends will
share the literature table) for Gala Friends and one promotional piece of material and a business
card may be offered.
