Sponsorship Opportunities

• Corporate Supporter (learn more), providing on-going sponsorship for the entire year (not attached to a specific event). The Supporter will receive a prorated fee for the remainder of the programming year.
• Sponsor of a specific program (learn more), such as a luncheon, a special workshop or event such as the holiday party. (The Awards Dinner is a separate category.)
• Sponsor of the Awards Dinner (learn more) with the option of several levels of support.
• In-kind sponsors will be recognized for their level of contribution as described in the following categories with one exception: in-kind sponsors will not be eligible for free admission to catered events and instead will be offered the "at cost" charge for the event.

The Chapter has established guidelines reflecting the dual goals of providing visibility to sponsors while respecting the integrity and purpose of the event. The number of sponsors per event will be spelled out to ensure visibility for each sponsor (including in some situations, the opportunity to speak about the sponsoring organization) without impacting the time allocated for the program.

The NIRI Seattle Board reserves the right to determine which sponsors are to be selected for specific events. NIRI Seattle will confirm in writing the agreement with sponsors, spelling out the specific benefits they will receive for their financial or in-kind contribution. Sponsors are expected to make full payment prior to the event they are sponsoring. Sponsors of one event will be given first priority to extend their sponsorship role into other categories. Likewise, sponsors that have supported NIRI in the past will be given first priority to renew or extend their relationship with the Seattle Chapter.
